Uliving is a pioneer in the concept of university housing in Brazil. Offering a unique and innovative experience for students who seek not just a place to live, but a space that promotes integration, convenience and personal and professional growth, Uliving units are a reference in safety, comfort and practicality, always located near the main universities.
Born in 2012, we are now the largest network of university housing in Brazil, with 8 units in operation across 3 states and 5 cities — São Paulo, Campinas, Santos, Rio de Janeiro and Porto Alegre — offering 2,200 beds and a complete housing structure for young people leaving home to study. At the beginning of 2018, we joined VBI Real Estate/Pátria, a leading manager in alternative investments in Latin America, and Grosvenor, thus consolidating our expansion plan.
