Inside the Fuvest test
Anyone thinking of taking the Fuvest entrance exam in 2022 needs to pay attention to the classic literary subjects and works that are always included in the test. And this both in the first and in the second phase of the test.
It is important to organize and stay focused on studies to get along and enjoy college life at one of the best universities in Brazil. The test is divided into two distinct stages and to participate in this second stage it is necessary to have been selected in the first.
There are also some issues that are multidisciplinary, that is, they require knowledge and technical skills in two or more disciplines.
1st stage of evaluation
The first phase of the assessment consists of 90 multiple-choice questions about high school subjects:
- Portuguese;
- mathematics;
- history;
- geography;
- physical;
- biology;
- chemical;
- English.
So, there are questions of interpretation and technical knowledge that are seen in high school classes.
2st stage of evaluation
The second phase of the entrance exam is more specific and may vary according to the participants' choice of courses. It may be that the test contains 10 questions on interpretation, literature and grammar, in addition to an essay and 12 other questions related to the course chosen by the candidate.
In addition, all questions in the second phase are open-ended and, in some cases, participants take a specific skills test as part of the second phase of the entrance exam. This occurs in music, visual arts and performing arts courses, for example.
