Promotion regulation.
INTRODUCTION
This instrument called the Regulation of the MY ESTILO ULIVING DE VIVER PROMOTION establishes the conditions and general rules for the use of the promotional credits of the Vee Card issued by See Benefits.
This promotion consists of acquiring credits corresponding to 10% of the monthly fee for the new resident's unit during the first six (6) months of their contract. The monthly recharge credited to the Vee Card, called “Cashback”, can be used in any way the resident wishes, as long as the product or service is included in the Vee Benefit partner network.
The Vee card has a Mastercard brand and can be used in several establishments and applications. It works like a prepaid credit card. The way it will be used must be configured in the Vee App, after receiving the card and credit. Benefits can be used as VR (meal vouchers), VA (food vouchers in supermarkets), Health Services or products, Bookstores, Education, Mobility and home products.
The distribution can be changed at any time and according to the preferences of each user.
In addition to credit, the Vee card offers a partner network with discounts, also available on the Vee App.
Only new residents who sign contracts between January 01st and 31st and check in by February 1st, 2021 will be eligible for the promotion. Residents transferred from other Uliving units are not eligible.
PARTICIPATION PROCESS
Anyone can participate in this promotion. In order to participate, interested parties just need to: (i) pay for the reservation on the Uliving website (choosing the unit, category and type of room); (ii) sign the lease agreement; (iii) check in at the chosen Uliving unit by February 01, 2021.
PARTICIPATING UNITS AND AVAILABILITIES
Promotion valid for the first 75 contracts at Uliving Paulista, the first 20 contracts at Uliving Jardins, the first 55 contracts at Uliving Rio and the first 10 contracts at Uliving 433.
DEADLINES FOR RECEIPT
After fulfilling the requirements for participating in the “MEU ESTILO ULIVING DE VIVER” promotion, the interested party will receive a prepaid credit card from Vee Vantagens at the Uliving unit within 20 days after payment of the first monthly fee. The same period will be repeated monthly to receive credits for the next five paid monthly payments.
STUDIO UPGRADE AND DOWNGRADE
If the contractor and promotion participant decides to change studios, regardless of the option, downgrade or upgrade, the cashback amount will always refer to 10% of the last monthly fee paid.
DISQUALIFICATION
Any resident who cancels his/her housing contract or fails to pay Uliving monthly fees on time (delinquent) will be automatically disqualified from the promotion.
Participants are now aware that they may not use dishonest means to acquire credits and/or mechanisms that create unfair conditions or that violate the objectives and conditions of participation provided for in this Regulation, situations that, when identified, will be considered as violation of the terms of this Regulation, leading to the impediment of participation and/or the immediate cancellation of the participant, without prejudice, also, to the applicable legal measures and/or return action to be promoted by Uliving against the violator.
VALIDITY OF THE PROMOTION
This promotion will be valid until January 31, 2021.
These Regulations may be amended and/or the Promotion suspended or canceled at any time, without prior notice, due to force majeure or any other unforeseen factor or reason beyond our control and which compromises the Promotion in such a way as to prevent or substantially modify its conduct as originally planned.
DISCLOSURE OF PROMOTION
The promotion will be publicized through the website www.uliving.com.br/, e-mail marketing, Whatsapp and Uliving's social networks: on the Facebook page and Linkedin, Instagram profile and YouTube channel.
This Term is in accordance with the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/90), the Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law 12.965/14), and Decree 7.962/13. 1.
Participants and those interested in the promotion “MEU ESTILO ULIVING DE VIVER” will be able to consult all the information and send possible doubts through the Chat or Whatsapp contained in the Uliving website.
