INTRODUCTION
The present instrument called Regulation of the PROMOTION MORE FOR GRAÇA AT ULIVING SANTOS establishes the conditions and general rules for the draw of the promotion. This promotion consists of raffling off some prizes for those registered and participating in the promotion. PARTICIPATION PROCESS
Anyone can participate in this promotion. To participate, it is enough that the interested party, (i) complete the form in one; (ii) is over 16 years of age; (iii) be a university student with active enrollment in February 2022.
AWARDS
1st Place: 6 months of housing for free at Uliving Santos in a room to be defined later, with the start of the housing contract on February 01, 2022 and ending on July 31, 2022. fees related to the housing contract (damage deposit and others) and bills not included in the regular monthly fee. The contract, regulations and inspections must be signed by the winner.
2nd Place: 3 months of free housing at Uliving Santos in a room to be defined later, with the housing contract starting on February 01, 2022 and ending on April 30, 2022. fees related to the housing contract (damage deposit and others) and bills not included in the regular monthly fee. The contract, regulations and inspections must be signed by the winner.
VALIDITY OF THE PROMOTION
This promotion will be valid from October 05th until November 15th, 2021.
These Regulations may be amended and/or the Promotion suspended or canceled at any time, without prior notice, due to force majeure or any other unforeseen factor or reason beyond our control and which compromises the Promotion in such a way as to prevent or substantially modify its conduct as originally planned.
GIVEAWAY AND DISSEMINATION OF PROMOTION RESULTS
The draw and disclosure of the result of the promotion will take place on November 18, 2021 through Uliving's YouTube channel.
