Hello people!
As everyone knows, we are facing a pandemic confirmed by international health bodies.
Combining efforts on all fronts to stop the coronavirus (Covid-19), we decided to share some guidelines published by the World Health Organization (WHO):
– Always wash your hands with soap and water, try not to touch your face and use gel alcohol for hand hygiene! Proper hand hygiene removes the virus from the surface of the body and prevents, by scratching, for example, it from entering mucous membranes – such as the eyes, mouth and nose –, which causes the infection.
– Cover your face when sneezing or coughing Preferably with a tissue (and dispose of it properly) or use your shoulders and arms, in order to prevent droplets from coming into contact with surfaces and people nearby.
– Avoid crowds Especially if you are sick or have low immunity. If you can avoid closed places, with many people and/or do home office, it's better.
– No kiss, hug and handshake 😀 Our country is warm and known worldwide for this characteristic of ours, but let's adapt our habits for now. Everyone will understand this care!
– Keep rooms well ventilated, in order to prevent any kind of infection from spreading, lowering the immunity of people in the area.
– Respect others 🙂 Common sense never hurts; no rush, push, fights or disrespect, even in the midst of despair.
– Avoid sharing objects for personal use, all care is welcome! We can be vigilant and prevent this.
All internal events will be postponed, with no scheduled date yet, in the interests of the well-being of everyone within Uliving. We are also reinforcing preventive measures in the cleaning of common areas, adopting specific products for asepsis in hospital areas, in addition to providing bottles of alcohol gel in the premises.
If you or someone close to you has any symptoms (fever, tiredness, dry cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, body aches and/or diarrhea), please notify the management of your unit immediately, so that we can guide you in the best possible way and take the necessary precautions, valuing the well-being of everyone in the community.
