ULIVING PREVENTIVE ACTION PLAN

Hello, locals!
As part of our commitment to always deliver the best for you, here are updates from Uliving Prevention Plan against COVID-19, in force since 17/03/2020 in all our units:

COMMON AREAS AND CONVENIENCE

External visits: personal visits inside the apartments are allowed. We ask that you inform the Community Manager of your unit before receiving the person, but the circulation of these visits inside the building and common areas is prohibited.
Outputs: avoid as much as possible leaving the building and staying on the street. Give preference to delivery apps and avoid cash payments. Combine a relay with your neighbors when going to the market and pharmacies! The less people going out on the street, the better 🙂
Common Areas: spaces that are not closed and allow good air circulation remain open, but with enhanced hygiene. We reinforce the request for collaboration and care with the hygiene of the space you use (please clean the objects with gel alcohol before and after using them). Keep windows (if possible) open and spaces airy. Prefer not to turn on the air conditioning. No permission to use in groups or external visitors.
Agglomerations: We ask for common sense and responsibility when dealing with your neighbors! We know that staying at home all the time is tiring, and that it's good to be with friends, but be careful with your own health and that of your colleagues: avoid meetings in unventilated spaces, sharing personal items and being too close to each other from others. Prefer isolation and distance - this is the best way to show your affection, affection and respect for your colleagues and friends.

SYMPTOMS

If you or someone close to you has any symptoms (fever, tiredness, dry cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, body aches and/or diarrhea), please notify your unit management immediately, so we can guide you in the best possible way and take the necessary precautions, valuing the well-being of everyone in the community, in addition to providing adequate support, if necessary.

INDIVIDUAL RECOMMENDATIONS

(we already shared some of these recommendations in this announcement, but it's worth remembering them!)
- Always wash your hands with soap and water, try not to touch your face and use gel alcohol for hand hygiene! Proper hand hygiene removes the virus from the surface of the body and prevents, by scratching, for example, it from entering mucous membranes – such as the eyes, mouth and nose –, which causes the infection.
– Sanitize the places that you often use with 70% alcohol.
- Do not stock masks, they are only for those who are infected, health professionals and the most vulnerable people, with pre-existing respiratory or infectious diseases, that is, leave it to those who really need it.
- Cover your face when sneezing or coughing Preferably with a tissue (and dispose of it properly) or use your shoulders and arms, in order to prevent droplets from coming into contact with surfaces and people nearby.
- No kiss, hug and handshake 😀 Our country is warm and known worldwide for this characteristic of ours, but let's adapt our habits for now. Everyone will understand this care!
- Keep your room well ventilated, leave the windows open in order to prevent any kind of infection from spreading.
- Avoid sharing personal objects, such as glasses, cutlery, face or bath towels.
- pay attention to fake news Our recommendation is to download the app SUS Coronavirus, from the Ministry of Health, and validate any information received there.
