O Halloween it's one of the funniest parties on the annual calendar in many places – including Uliving. In 2020 we wouldn't let that date pass, and that's why we had worthy celebrations in our units.
By the way, the origin of Halloween is quite curious: it derives from a pagan festival in honor of the king of the dead, which took place just before All Saints' Day. Throughout history, celebrations have changed and arrived at the model we know today, a party with scary decorations, costumes and sweets.
On the 31st of October, Uliving Jardins and Uliving 433 had big parties in celebration of Halloween. In addition to the elaborate decoration, what most animated the event was the costume contest, which earned the winners a 10% discount on the monthly fee!
And the crowd did not fail to do their best: there were people dressed in all sorts of costumes, from the most macabre to the most amusing. Valentina, a resident of Uliving Jardins, was dressed as a baseball player and took great care in personalization. It wasn't for less that she won and took the grand prize.

At Uliving 433, the winner was Túlio, who was dressed like a great macabre lord, complete with a great mask and everything. In addition to him, Emily was also decorated: dressed as a murderous bride, she received the prize for second place and won a 5% discount on the next monthly fee.
And besides the costumes, of course the decoration was one of the main points of the party. Spider webs, hanging skeletons, flying brooms and, of course, the traditional orange pumpkins transformed our spaces to make the environment even more themed and the party more complete. And as a respectful Halloween cannot be missing, we had hot dogs, different drinks and beer. Want something better?
And to close the night, at Uliving 433 we even sing happy birthday to October birthdays – with a themed cake and everything. Too much, right?
